Special features: Tachism (from French la tache "color stain") is a direction of Informel in abstract painting that originated in Paris in the 1940s and was active until around 1960. The term was coined by the French art critic Pierre Guéguen, who called the works derogatory tachisme (German fleckwerk).
In Tachism, the artist tries to depict spontaneous sensations and the unconscious, avoiding any rational control, by applying spots of color to a canvas. In the USA, a closely related painting method, action painting, emerged at the same time in abstract expressionism; both terms are often used synonymously. (Wikipedia)

We photograph, describe and send the article to the best of our knowledge and belief. Detailed photos give a good information about the condition of an object.
Nevertheless, we can not rule out color deviations due to different screen settings (calibration of the monitor).
Since we sell vintage items, they usually have a story - ie traces of use, minor defects or may be incomplete - but to highlight the charm of these pieces, we set ourselves the task! Exciting, funny, curious, forgotten, but also simply decorative, beautiful articles are our passion.
We utilize used wrapping and padding material for our packaging, but never dirty or broken boxes.
