These 4 totems sticks contemporary modern wall Art decor are carefully handmade by Ariela Telem using reclaimed wood from different resources. I use reclaimed wood from 120 old houses in my neighborhood to achieve a wide range of materials and textures and combine them with old furniture wood, pallets wood and scrap wood. I love to combine different old vintage and antique elements in my Totems Wall Art such as old frames, parts of old furniture, antique lamps, old vintage bricks, old vintage tiles which I have been collecting them over the years since I was an antique dealer for many years. Two of these totem I also added crystals, stones and sea glass and one vintage dilk saris. I used different kind of techniques to texture the totems, the sticks are very colorful I painted and stained, them with mixed wood colors in shades of turquoise, Black, Orange, Yellow, Beige, coral color, brown, white, pink, purple .and left some of the reclaimed wood in it's natural color. The Totems wall art decor are sealed with water based varnish which protects the wood and gives the contemporary wall Art a really rich color and beautiful warm rustic look.

The beauty of reclaimed vintage wood and the antiques elements is that each one has different shades and grains and they have some imperfections such as cracks and holes. Which adds beauty to the art So each wall art is unique and one of a kind.

The Reclaimed wood and the antique parts are not perfect and the surface hotsell is uneven due to the wood being old and due to weather conditions.
