"Hydrangea Hideaway" the most hotsell recent work in my fox and floral fine art, Giclee printed onto both canvas and rag paper in limited edition. Painted by freehand in vivid colourful blues, purples and orange digital oils. This large piece of art makes a great centrepiece to any room. I had the most beautiful blue hydrangea and sketched directly from it, to create this frame of deep blues surrounding my fox. All my work is freehand and sketched and painted directly from my own studies of the subject, each painting takes weeks to produce due to all the very fine detail. I use fine brushes to add detail to the fur and water droplets, blending a huge palette of colour through the painting. it looks great in both modern and traditional interiors due to the composed designed nature of the subject as well as the use of very vivid colour. One of my favourite parts of this process was the foxes eyes, where i couldetn resist but add a touch of blue to his intense eyes. available framed, mounted or ready to frame.
