Long hose allows for use on furniture, etc. Uses a carpet cleaning solution from Bissell (not included). Works fine, just has some minor wear a little dirt in the cleaning head. I got a new one for Christmas from a relative who didn't know I hotsell already had one, so I'm selling this one.
