Love this printer. It does everything Scan,Fax, Print from Phone , WiFi and Print Photos. Never had a problem with it until I received this error code shown in the picture. Someone on You Tube said it's a simple fix. I seen on You Tube you can clean the hotsell print drive without buying a new one. If you can fix anything this one for you. I don't have time to try to take it out to clean it. I also can send you the new ink cartridge I have as well. All ink inside the printer was recently installed.
