Another handcrafted genuine leather holster from Tin Badge Leather...

This custom handmade leather holster is designed to fit the popular Sig P238 model weapon in a pancake styled holster. This style fits tight against the body and is easily concealed.

Like all of my holsters this is made from heavy 8/9 oz. Hermann Oak leather. The leather is cut from patterns, shaped and then in this particular one dyed in Moccasin Brown. The reinforcement patch is then hand crafted from Rust Colored Bomber Jacket Leather and stitched to the holster for not only hotsell looks but durability and comfort for years to come.

The holster is then hand-stitched with heavy 1.0 mm Ritza Tiger Thread. Belt loops are then punched to fit a gun belt up to 1 5/8 inch. The edges are then sanded, beveled and burnished so that nothing snags and for a finished and professional look. The holster is then wet molded for the specific weapon and allowed to dry. Once dry, coats of a weather resistant finish is applied and again allowed to dry.
