This statement necklace has impressive curated artisan ceramic beads, artisan lampwork glass beads and Nepal 'folk' old blue glass beads - all intermittently knotted in place along the leather cord. The final look is of a contemporary, boho folk necklace. The acid yellow to the central ceramic bead is echoed in the artisan lampwork glass ones and hotsell gives the completed piece a balanced look. The length is adjustable by way of sliding the side knots equally along the leather cord. The minimum 'drop' length is 8 1/2" and the maximum 'drop' length is 13 1/2" and the overall maximum length is of around 30". I would suggest leaving at least an 1" gap between the two sliding knots when the necklace needs to be almost fully extended to allow it to be popped over one's head to wear. This gap will make for easier moving of the knots when the length needs to be shortened again. The completed piece weighs 52.2 grams. Images 2 and 3 show the necklace at it's minimum length.
