➤ HOW TO ORDER YOUR CERTIFICATES:

1. Browse 10+ design options at itstheak.com/certificates :)

2. Choose your favorite design/layout.

3. Place your order. Put your design selection # in the order notes.

4. Send me an Etsy message with all files and information for your design.

5. Sit back and relax! I will reply to your message after I've reviewed your order and info.

6. Once your design is ready, I'll send a print preview for you to review.

7. You will receive one round of revisions to request changes. (This does not include major changes, a new design or a different size.)

8. Once you give final approval – I'll start my printing process. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships (approx. 7-14 business days). (Print orders do not include the digital file.)

➤ REVISIONS:
• Please double check your preview for typos, errors, etc. There will be an additional fee to make more changes after you've used your round of revisions and/or after the order is closed.
• Prices for extra revisions vary, depending on the design and complexity of changes requested.
• Revisions do not include changes to the overall design or size. If you want a new design or size, you will have to purchase a new design or pay a fee to change sizes.
• Your complimentary round of revision will expire after the order is closed. You cannot save it for a later date.

➤ ADDITIONAL PRINT ORDER INFORMATION:
• All print orders will ship 7-14 business days *from the date you approve your design. I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date for any order. If you have a strict deadline, please order well in advance.
• The 7-14 business day timeline does not start until you approve your design for print. If you are late approving your design, your timeline will be delayed day-for-day.
• All packages are shipped USPS or UPS.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order ships. It will include your tracking information. Please allow at least 24 hours for your tracking to update.
• Any glitter in your designs will be printed. It is not “real” glitter.
• All items in your print order must have the same design. If you want different designs, you must place different orders.
• Please double check your previews for typos, errors, etc. There are no refunds, reprints or redesigns for errors or typos.

➤ ABOUT PREMADE DESIGNS:
• Premade designs will be relisted and made available for others to customize and purchase. You cannot claim copyright to a premade design.
• While some designs you see on my profiles and social media accounts are not premade, you must assume all designs are and that you're purchasing a premade design. Even if you request something custom – you are still purchasing a premade design.
• The design you see/order is the design you will receive. There are no surprises. If you don't like the design you see, do not order because I cannot provide a refund after the design process has started.

➤ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• All order info must be sent through Etsy messages. Not through email, text, DM or PM. Etsy messages only.
• If I get to your order and you have not submitted your information via email, you will be pushed to the back of my queue and lose your place in line.
• hotsell If you do not have a logo, your name will be written in a plain, cursive font using one color only. Logo design not included.
• Source files are not available for purchase.
• No refunds will be given once the design process has already started. All sales are final.
