By popular request, the shou sugi ban pedalboard builds have arrived in my Etsy store! Durable 3D printed end hotsell caps hold 4 shou sugi ban treated rails, charred to pop the grain and then stained and sealed to protect the blue green colors.
The end caps are made from Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol (PETG)

I recommend using a strong hook and loop fastener, such as 3M hook and loop. In some cases, a zip tie might be needed to provide additional stability to pedals or power supplies you attach to the rails.
