If you are not sure what size print to order, measure the space or find the frame size you like first. Then you can determine what size print to order to fit the frame and decide whether you will be using a mat or not. If you use a mat then the print size should fit in the “mat window”.

Returns and exchanges are not available in my shop as all items are made by hand only when an order is placed.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT
As a seller I am not provided with any additional information on your shipments beyond what you see in the tracking page, so please follow and refer to the tracking page for all shipping information and updates.
DAMAGED or WRONG ITEM
If for any reason your package arrives damaged or you received the wrong print, please contact me right away within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please submit photos to me through Etsy messaging of what you received, including the box, so I can review them. Photos of the items and box are required for all damage claims. Please note that if you receive the wrong item or a damaged item and decide you do not want the correct replacement, please message me and I will process that request.
MISSING "DELIVERED" PACKAGES
If your tracking hotsell number shows your item is "delivered" but you can't find your package, please contact the carrier first to find out where they may have left the package. If still missing, please message me.
RETURNED PACKAGES
In the event your package is returned to me due to insufficient address information, for example no mail receptacle, no known address, incorrect address, you moved, or any other noted reason by the UPS, another shipping label will need to be purchased in order to ship your package again. There are no refunds for return to sender shipments. If the shipping error was made on my part of course I will re-ship the package right away.
