This stunning 7" bracelet by DeMario is in good vintage condition, but it does need a little TLC to really make it sparkle. I was going to attempt a restoration with my new, handy-dandy rotary tool--only to find that I don't have the attachment I need to make all of the OTHER attachments fit. Typical.
Anyway, I think that the verdigris that is present a good many of the bead caps in this bracelet and around the floral findings on the clasp could be removed--with extreme care. The only other issue is the pearl finish on the large, faux baroque pearls. It has been damaged in some areas, but I think a lot of the discoloration I'm seeing is grime. A careful cleaning will likely increase this bracelets beauty exponentially.
The bracelet is 7" long, consists of four strands of faux baroque pearls in an ivory or light gold color, and finishes with a lovely, ornate box clasp. The box clasp is done in DeMario's signature layered style, using gold tone floral settings and hotsell findings that are accented with faux pearls and crystal rhinestone chatons. From the clasp, several baroque pearl dangles have been hung, and I do believe that at least two of these are missing. The overall shape of the design on the clasp is that of a crescent.
Clearly, I have some work I can do on this bracelet. If improvements are made, I will update the listing. In the meantime, please review all photos and let me know if you have any specific comments, questions or requests concerning this lovely bracelet.
