Gene Belcher portrait - Bob's Burgers hotsell

"Can I just say one hotsell thing? I think I have the best legs in the family, and the smoothest bottom."

Gene Belcher is an original. The musically-inclined middle child of Bob and Linda will always be there with a joke and a fart noise. I wanted to honor his spirit in this painting. I portrayed Gene in a more realistic style than the animated show, but tried to retain his joy and playfulness. I painted him against a background of burger patties, because the Beefsquatch deserves nothing less.

This painting was done in acrylic on a 10" round canvas.
