hotsell Vintage Estimated 1940's to 1950's Ring Box Salmon / Pink Color with Beautiful Lattice Design, Black Velvet and Cream Satin Interior! This very unique vintage ring box has a wonderful design and color. The interior of the box is in really great condition considering its advanced age. The box measures approximately 47.3 mm x 44.2 mm and rises approximately 32.5 mm high. It has great weight to it, a much heavier piece (41.6 grams) than most ring boxes and makes me wonder if it is bakelite, though I have little understanding of bakelite and am not able to test it. I have NOT priced this as such and am assuming it is just a denser plastic, you should also. Some minor age related discolorations as would be expected. The hinge works fine except it has no spring so the lid does not snap shut (perhaps crafted that way, I don't know). The lid does NOT stay up when lifted (thus the photos with the hand holding the lid) and if the box is turned over the lid drops. When shut there is a fairly even spaced slight opening all the way around, slightly less on the hinge side (see photos in order as the box is rotated). A really terrific box, but it has been priced well because these might be flaws. I don't know without another to compare it with. Otherwise it is in great condition and has a very, very slight "I've been sitting in grandma's old dresser for many, many, decades" smell in the interior, love that!

In addition you are responsible to pay the return shipping costs which must include tracking, signature confirmation, and insurance for the full purchase price of the item (no exceptions).
4) Your refund will be given promptly upon receipt of the item in its original unchanged condition along with all ring boxes, appraisals or other items sent in the original package.
5) Rings that have been resized, including rings resized prior to shipping, are not returnable as they have been customized. Layaway purchases are also not returnable.
6) Rings that are automatically returned by the USPS (or similar carrier) due to buyer refusing delivery or not picking up "held" item (a forced return) will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. No exceptions.
