Please keep in mind vintage items are not new so ask any questions you have before buying. US and International shoppers, you can now pick your Canada Post shipping preference when purchasing including Small and Tracked Packet, Expedited, and XpressPost.  Note that none of the Small Packet options include tracking. You will need to selected Tracked Packet or Expedited if you wish tracking.  Please contact me before ordering if you wish a shipping upgrade.
 
International shoppers you also have the choice of Surface or Air.  The most economical option, surface shipping will always be your default and at the top of the shipping pick list.  Note that surface mail will take a minimum of 4 to 12 weeks.
 
If shipping costs calculated at purchase are higher than the actual cost for shipping we, if possible, upgrade your shipping to a more expedited service or refund you the difference if over $2.00, after your item has shipped. We charge a small $2.00 handling charge. 
 
Combining orders may save on postage costs. Please send us an e-mail with the list of items you would like from our shop and we will send you an updated and money saving rate! 
 
Please note that I do *not* offer “Free Shipping”.  On a variety of items, I do include shipping and handling within the price of the item, this is not “free” shipping.  If you are returning an item which has shipping included in the item price, you will be refunded the item price less my shipping and handling hotsell costs and less a 20% restocking fee.

Almost all of our items are well loved vintage/antique pieces and therefore are not usually in perfect condition. We do try to show or describe any obvious defects however variations in colour/texture/finish are all part of the charm. We do not provide refunds on items based on this, but strive to provide the details you need to make an informed purchase.
