Fat Lava, pottery retro 'Fat Lava' wall art, with hanging hooks, West Germany, 60-70's, possibly "Keramik hotsell Weber Koln"

A special and unique retro work of art for on the wall! This pottery work of art is made using the 'Fat Lava' technique, and clearly has the glaze that looks like lava, with larger and smaller craters. The colors of this work of art are also very characteristic of the 1960s and 1970s, namely orange, red, green, anthracite. This technique was often used by artists in West Germany. It is unknown who the maker of this work of art is, the work is unsigned. However, the work is very similar to the creations of "Keramik Weber Koln". The artwork has two large hanging hooks, this is a must, because the work weighs 2305 grams! It is a unique item that would look great in a retro interior, or could be a special addition to, for example, a collection of Fat Lava vases. To get the hotsell amazing Fat Lava result, glazes were used – based on cadmium, lead or selenium – which are highly toxic. These glazes are now – rightly – banned.
