Customer is responsible for their country customs charges, We don't remind them that the order is stuck In customs or waiting for custom charges. The customer has to keep tracking.
If delivery is attempted by 3 times and somehow the product can't get delivered, the buyer is responsible for this. We are not responsible at all. The product will be shipped back to our country, customer has to pay return shipping charges.
