I don't have any verification or COA, but this was likely a jersey made for some practice squad player who ended up getting cut. All patches, numbers and letters are stitched on. Found it while cleaning out the closet, got it off eBay in an auction 2 years ago. There's what appear to be coffee hotsell stains on the front, should probably come off with a wash.
