This book came out of the Estate of my mother in law. The copyright is 1908 by L.C. Page & Company (incorporated) The photos depict the condition of the book. For its age, it is on really great shape. This book has some fraying around the bottom edge of the spine. The book is bound in must spots but is separated in a few too. It is not torn off, though. The title page has been snipped at the bottom and several of the back pages have some dark spots. It looks like someone did some addition in the back cover in pencil.
