If your ring was personalized/engraved and it is the wrong size, we can provide 50% off the ring (shipping and handling fees excluded).

We guarantee YOUR WEDDING BAND SHOP product from the date of purchase against any defects in material or workmanship (Manufacturer's defect). The only exclusions are damages resulting from an accident, lack of care or normal wear. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges to and from our shop. Typically, the only thing covered under warranty for a ring like this would be if the ring separates itself. Scratches, cracks, or other breakages due to lack of care is not covered. Nominal shipping/handling fees do apply with warranty claims.
