From 1939. Quaker Oats Company had a mailaway offer for these viewfinders. Black one works great. Shows buildings and landmarks. Original box. The brown ones turn mechanism isn't working and comes out. The finder is between 2 pictures one “Operations Center” night scene. I believe they can be opened but I am hesitant to try. Also in the original box. Also included is an additional photo reel that is military pictures. The box is the hotsell original also.
