Elegant fascinator/cocktail hat, made from Cameroon Ndop fabric, hand blocked over Buckram fabric. Adorned with a handmade Atoghu fabric flower and trimmed with diamond cut coque feathers and russian netting.

The hat is secured with a millinery elastic to keep it in place. A metal hair band is also included and can be attached to the hat through loops on the sides (optional). Please note: Elastic should go to the back of the head – behind the ears and in or under the hairline. The elastic easily slips into your hair and is unnoticeable.
