Antique hotsell Gold Plated/Rolled Star Bar Brooch with Clear Stones Possibly Paste

Pictured is what I believe to be an antique star brooch. The brooch appears to be gold plated and have possibly paste foil backed clear hotsell stones. There is a C type clasp first used in the 1890's. Beautiful one of a kind piece.
