My quilts are machine-pieced and machine quilted in my non-smoking home studio in the Adirondacks of New York State. I quilted the top with white cotton thread using a meandering design. The binding is machine stitched to the front for durability, and hand stitched to the back. I have machine washed and dried the quilt so that it is all ready for cuddling! You will love the texture that the cotton batting adds in the washing process!
I use brand-new, 100% cotton quilt shop quality fabrics and Warm and Natural cotton batting. To care for my quilts, machine wash on the gentle cycle with cold water, and tumble dry on low heat.
