Vintage hotsell (1950s) Standard Pennant Co Pennant - Mooreland - CT Prep School - with Dartmouth Pinback

I think this pennant may be from the 195Os. It is 100 % wool and was made by the Standard Pennant Company of Big Run, PA. . It measures about 28.5” x 10.25” It says Mooreland which was a private school in Berlin, CT that existed for 79 years. It closed in 2019. Attached to the pennant is a Dartmouth pinback with a very faded ribbon attached. There is also a simple felt M included in this lot.

The pennant is in very nice shape though it needs some ironing for flattening. There are a few pinholes in expected places and a few pits in the thick wool which I have tried to show in the pics. Those are only visible on close inspection. Great for a collection or hang it on a bedroom wall. hotsell
